Dear Club Presidents and Voting Delegates of District 308B2,
Warm Lion greetings to you.
I humbly present my manifesto as I offer myself to serve as your District Governor for LY 2026–2027. My journey in Lionism has always been guided by one belief — leadership is service, and service is a shared responsibility.
My vision is simple yet purposeful:
to build a united, vibrant, and future-ready District, where every club is supported, every Lion is valued, and our service creates meaningful and lasting impact in our communities.
Under the guiding theme “Rise to the Occasion,” I pledge to lead with integrity, inclusiveness, and practical action — listening to clubs, strengthening fellowship, empowering leaders, and upholding the values of Lions Clubs International.
I sincerely seek your trust, your support, and your vote, so that together we continue to serve with pride and purpose.

我的愿景简单而坚定：
建设一个团结、充满活力、与时并进的区会，让每一个分会都获得支持，每一位狮友都被珍惜，并让我们的服务在社区中产生深远而持久的影响。

倾听分会声音、强化狮友情谊、培育并赋能领导人才，并坚守国际狮子会的核心价值。
